Paul Seldes is a hands-on strategist with over 25 years of experience in the public safety, emergency management, technology, and financial industries. He is an experienced leader with extensive operations and product development expertise in the US and internationally.

Defining architecture and implementation strategies for complex learning approaches.
Managing professional services consultants, instructional designers, development teams, and project managers.
Working with clients to define the impact and methods of training.
Working with clients to operationalize training into the field.

Paul was a survivor of, and responder to the 9-11 attacks in NYC spending 9 months working at Ground Zero. Initially he worked as a SAR coordinator and later as a logistics officer.

Paul served as the Mass Care Officer for St Lucie and Indian River Counties in Florida after Hurricanes Jeanne and Frances in 2004.

Paul worked as a logistics officer for a medical strike team in Mississippi after Hurrican Katrina in 2005.

Homeland Security exercise development (HSEEP).
Counter-terrorism and natural disaster response/recovery and planning.
Training and operational expertise in the use of emergency management software.
Strong practical background and certifications in NIMS and ICS.
Extensive background in complex learning systems and adult learning.
