Paul Seldes is a Risk Management consultant and trainer with 30 years of experience in the public safety, emergency management, technology, and financial industries. He is an experienced leader with extensive operations and product development expertise in the US and internationally. He is the Director of Operations at ntb group, LLC.

Paul was a survivor of, and responder to the 9-11 attacks in NYC spending 9 months working at Ground Zero. Initially he worked as a SAR coordinator and later as a logistics officer.
Paul served as the Mass Care Officer for St Lucie and Indian River Counties in Florida after Hurricanes Jeanne and Frances in 2004.
Paul worked as a logistics officer for a medical strike team in Mississippi after Hurrican Katrina in 2005.
In 2008, Paul served as a Senior Planning Officer in the New Orleans EOC for Hurricane Gustav.
Paul was the senior consultant and project lead for the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans hazard mitigation plan.
